I've never quite understood them. They get you all pepped up for what's to come and then, you have to go back to class and endure homework and such. I mean, why wouldn't they want to put the pep rally at the
end of the day? At least, I think that makes sense. But that's just me.
Once upon a time, I remember that we had them at the end of the day, but I think they realized that some people would skip it altogether and just go home. So I understand why they put it earlier. Yet, I'd still prefer it later anyway.
ReplyDeleteIn my old school they did that. They were a LOT more effective that way.
ReplyDeleteThe school I used to go to had them at the end of the day, then took attendance after they let out so they knew if you left. Then we got to leave. I thought it worked pretty well.
